Full ownership of all People Frameworks (People Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Growth Journey, Hiring Journey, Onboarding and Offboarding)Ensuring all employees feel listened to, supported, and motivatedAttracting, hiring, and retaining top talents all around the worldExecuting recruitment and selection activities in collaboration with HR Team and Hiring ManagersExploring AI opportunities for recruitment and selection, making suggestions, and implementing effective ways of attracting top talentParticipating in the Employer Branding project team as an equal memberBuilding relationships and cooperating with all external and internal stakeholders of the recruitment and selection processProviding support to the HR Team in Onboarding and OffboardingPreparing regular recruitment and selection updates and reportsWorking within the Manatal platformDesigning and implementing the People Administration FrameworkProficiently managing company HR software, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity dailyCoordinating and executing company eventsProposing, ordering, organizing, and distributing gifts to employees (new joiners, anniversaries, birthdays)Preparing reports with insightful analytics for the People TeamParticipation in People Team projectsRequired skills:
High level of ability to write and speak in SpanishHigh level of ability to write and speak in English2 years of relevant work experience in the independent operational execution of the recruitment and selection processBachelor's degree, preferably in social scienceExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication skillsOpen-minded personWill be considered a plus:
