YOUB2B & B2C assistance: Manage info inbox; Assist with complaints.Call Center: Answer inbound calls; Issue outbound calls; Track and arrange actions for outbound calls; Ensure technical support provided by phone is satisfactory.Compliance: AML ticket management; Elaborate KYC evaluations; Manage documentation; Monitor and chase tickets; Arrange will registry weekly; Assist OCI upon request; Refer suspicious cases; Attend all compulsory training and ensure all regulatory guidelines are followed.Local operations: Deal PIAS transfers IN/OUT; Arrange Surrender letters; Assist with Alterations; Assist with Death Claims.Finance & accounting: Register invoices; Gather signoffs; Chase late invoices; Provide information to the tax advisors.Technical Support: Manage technical requests regarding internal systems and support with testing activities.Projects: Attend meetings called by manager; Ensure all department guidelines are followed; Be flexible to rearrange priorities.Office management: Reception duties; Arrange stationary supplies; Arrange post (in/out); Prepare visits & assist guests; Anticipate upcoming needs/issues when possible.Ongoing training: Individual development.IF YOU...Have an excellent command of the English and Spanish languages.Are a strong team player able to work with little supervision.Have a positive outlook to implement change and be adaptable and flexible.Provide proficiency in MS Office package, especially Excel.Gained experience in a Customer Care position and/or a call center.Consider yourself as a resolutive, hardworking and open-minded individual.Are client-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.Together... we can achieve our common goals.
