RequirementsAt least 4 years experience as a Product Analyst in a SaaS environmentA minimum of 2-3 years' working experience with Amplitude is essentialMust be able to demonstrate a high degree of SQL proficiencyExperience leading and managing complex data projectsExperience working with developers to design and implement a tracking strategyAbility to communicate complex data problems and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholdersA high level of curiosity and drive to eliminate data errors and establish robust processesSelf-starter who takes a proactive approach in working with cross-functional teamsFluent in English It will be highly beneficial if you have experience with most / any of the followingExperience working with mobile app data (SaaS preferred)A/B testing and experimentation designDemonstrated experience of educating and upskilling data skills in other team membersExperience of data modeling with an understanding of basic design principlesUnderstands different tracking implementations, such as Amplitude SDK and Google Tag ManagerPossible experience in other programming languages, e.g.
PythonAbility to go beyond the ask to ensure accuracy, eliminate edge cases and consider future implicationsAutonomous learner/researcher mindsetAbility to persuade/influence colleagues who aren't direct reportsStrong product mindset and understanding of business growth What you'll be working onYou will work to ensure that all of our customer interactions are tracked in a standardized and scalable wayWork closely with developers to ensure that events are implemented as specified, helping to QA data before it reaches productionEnsure that the appropriate context is available to answer data questions by ensuring the event properties and server-side events are also capturedCollaborate with operational teams, such as RevOps, to ensure that tracking requirements are aligned across the businessBuild a comprehensive reporting suite in Amplitude, making sure each squad has full visibility and understanding of their performanceSuggest improvements on reporting (e.g.
new metrics, new event tracking)Assist in establishing an A/B testing framework, helping to educate the team in best practices IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a fixed term contract position - duration ±3-4 months
