Your work will shape and guide the sustainable decisions of investors, companies, and consumers worldwide.About The RoleWe are looking for a Junior Data Research Analyst that will help us build a reliable and scalable database of sustainability information, through research on Companies' CSR and ESG indicators methodology and quality assurance processes. The role provides an opportunity to understand the reporting standards that exist and how companies' sustainability performance is measured.What You'll Be DoingAs a Junior Data Research Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the most accurate exposures and controversies data, in order to provide the most reliable sustainability impact measurements. The Junior Data Research Analyst role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:Collect, verify, and process Sustainability data sourced from various financial, exchange, and government regulator websites and official reports.Assist in data collection projects through data analysis, quality assurance, and data monitoring.Conduct frequent research on ESG reporting standards and assist in the development of methodologies for the collection of best-in-class data.Mentor and train external contractors and internal team on ESG indicators and sustainability frameworks.Perform ad hoc team projects as needed.LocationThe role is based in Madrid.
