YOUR MISSIONWe are hiring for multiple teams at Glovo, with diverse scopes, including User Acquisition Flow, Courier Fraud mitigation, Order Dispatching system, payments, etc.
We are looking for someone that raises the bar in the team, leading initiatives, being a technical reference for other engineers, and mentoring them.
THE JOURNEYBe a part of a cross-functional team working closely with backend and frontend engineersDevelop software using modern engineering approaches and agile principlesMake our technology and our team scale as the business growsOwn your deliverables from start to finishDeliver high-quality solutionsParticipate in the team's life and contribute to decision-makingMentor and empower other developers around youWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEComputer Science or similar degree6+ years of relevant full-time experienceStrong Swift skills and working with XCodeDeep knowledge of iOS SDKUnderstanding of reactive programming (ReactiveKit, ReactiveCocoa, UIKit etc)Deep understanding of AutoLayout and ability to create UI from codeExtensive knowledge of object-oriented programming and software architectureAbility to write good unit tests is a mustAnalytical and problem-solving skillsVivid interest in at least one area outside of coding (architecture, algorithms, optimization, automation, scalability, etc.
