We're on a mission to bring people together, feed the human spirit, and champion restaurant culture because we strongly believe the best things in life happen around the table, and we want you to experience those unforgettable moments.Founded in 2007 and present in 12 countries, we are the leading restaurant booking platform across Europe and Australia, offering the broadest community of diners access to thousands of incredible restaurants.The Senior HRBP supporting Iberia will be responsible for leading our HR mission: We want our passionate and uplifting community of Forkies to thrive in their careers and lives.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for overseeing all the HRBP activities for Iberia (Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona offices) with a special focus on the Global Operations area.Your main stakeholders will be our COO and her direct reports at Director level, as well as Area Managers in the Customer Care hub.Your main focus will be to nurture robust partnerships with your internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork.You will set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.You will proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.You will be the ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.You will support leaders and their teams in fostering ED&I at TheFork, modeling the attributes needed to be an inclusive partner and colleague.You will closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team supporting Iberia to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on managing each case.You will be accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, such as Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, Engagement, and setting up follow-up actions.You will use HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.You will lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working policy.Profile and skills required:The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years.Having a strong HR foundation and a consultative approach, as well as the curiosity to understand the business objectives, is an important asset.Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to different stakeholders.Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.Fluent in both Spanish and English.What we offer you:A temporary contract (March 31st).Competitive fixed salary.Flexible working environment (2 days home office per week).Health insurance fully covered by the company.Lifestyle benefit program.Complementary time off to spend with your loved ones.Lunch vouchers.International and inclusive working environment.Continuous learning and development programs.Amazing offices with dining and leisure areas.Free access to the Calm app.Team building events.At TheFork, we want you to bring us your unique perspective and experiences, so we can collectively keep disrupting the restaurant industry and go from good to great.
