THE JOB We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our CRM Marketing team. As the steward of our customer relationship management (CRM) marketing solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our customer engagement platforms. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our organization.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Significant years experience as a business analyst or junior product owner.Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud global rollouts in a multi-country multi-brand environment.In-depth understanding of data management principles, including data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, and database concepts.Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.Attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and data-related workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business units and the development team.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.Experience working within project timelines and delivering on project milestones.NICE TO HAVE Experience using data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.Awareness of data privacy regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance in data-related activities.What will be your key responsibilities?
