This will include development of marketing plans specific to this segment and development of programs to help support Arrow & its partners succeed in the commercial space.You will own the execution of this strategy across EMEA and support each of our countries to meet their goals by providing campaigns, guidance and initiatives to drive opportunity. With a strong emphasis on digital marketing you will ensure continual pipeline development with both end customers and channel partners. You will work closely with the Channel, Product Marketing and Commercial Sales leads in the development and implementation of go-to-market and marketing plans. You will develop and maintain a high level of rapport with internal and external stakeholders as the role requires extensive collaboration.What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?Build a go-to-market strategy in conjunction with Solutions, Channel and Commercial Sales Leads and support executionDevelopment of sales plays to ensure continued adoption of suppliers products by Commercial customersFacilitating successful demand creation, conversion, customer satisfaction and retentionDevelops and plans (in advance) multi-touch and multi-channel marketing strategy and experiencesOwns Marketing investment and spending strategy to deliver ROIAnalyzes and articulates campaign effectiveness metrics to key stakeholdersUses marketing campaign brief development methodology to create effective campaign plans and track the effectiveness of marketing investmentsCreates high-impact supplier marketing campaigns to gain market share and creates marketing qualified opportunities from suitable buyersBecomes the face of Arrow ECS Marketing to the key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
