You lead the business innovation process that is cascaded down into all European countries by leveraging sound program management, change management, and impact tracking. You challenge our organization's capabilities and monetization model by defining business model innovation, enhancement of sales and marketing automation, data intelligence, and advanced sales methodologies. You become a trusted advisor for European management teams, up to the European Executive Board, to consult on how to optimize our sales transformation strategy to meet our corporate objectives, P&L targets, and industry best practices.Responsibilities:Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to European and country management teams in the areas of sales strategy, sales planning, profit management, customer lifecycle management, and customer experience.Facilitate strategic dialogues about the implementation of European Sales Excellence programs (e.G., Customer First, Margin Optimization) and report on the prioritization, progress, and impact of our segment, vendor, and technology growth strategies for the European Executive Board and European Business Unit Management.Lead the design and implementation of European-level sales enhancement strategies, methodologies, and processes that help protect and enhance the company's market shares and profit margins, including the definition of new monetization and enhanced customer and vendor engagement.Assume accountability for the results of the country operations for sales and direct efforts to increase the profitability of existing products and customers, facilitating the prioritization and deployment of key sales management, customer satisfaction, and profit.Lead the implementation and continuously develop the European sales training programs to ensure sales leadership and sales staff skills, knowledge, and abilities are retained, updated, and effective in delivering profitable share growth and increasing customer-centricity.Maintain in-depth market knowledge, customer channel, and product segment market share understanding to develop business management processes and lead discussions with senior management teams around strategic sales planning, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.Lead European-wide business process innovation for sales and marketing processes and act as a key stakeholder for European IT management to seek sponsorship, define, and monitor the return on investment of functional and system innovation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
