This is just the start...Who you are...1-2 years of demonstrated operational and/or administrative experience or high performing college graduate.Ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements, manage conflicting priorities, and respond well to the fast-paced work environment.Expertise using Excel / Google Sheets.High proficiency in English.Challenges you will work on : The Operations Analyst is a resource for the day-to-day operations, supporting the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. This role will support multiple teams to get more done,faster!Coordinate day-to-day support functions and data consistency among multiple teams.Troubleshoot and resolve basic platform issues as they relate to the best use of Agentero; triage and escalate themore complex.Update necessary system(s) to ensure data is maintained with complete accuracy, including third-party management systems.Implement projects for our CRM (Salesforce).You will be successful in this role if you are naturally curious and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, navigate through ambiguity, and are data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.Benefits :Competitive salary.Stock Options.
