We love diversity because each unique individual's perspective makes us stronger.The Revenue Operations mandate in 2024 is to elevate Go-To-Market operational excellence, help scale the business with tools & processes and empower the business with a high degree of business partnering and enablement.Job Title: Revenue Operations Project Manager (m/f/x)We are looking for a Revenue Operations Project Manager (m/f/x) to join our team who will be working cross-functionally on initiatives that align Sales and Customer Success operations and help Docplanner's Go-To-Market strategy be operationalized with excellence, alignment and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices.Data Analysis: Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools. Ensure these systems support global operations and are utilized effectively.Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
