Average of 60% of their time will be delivering projects, 40% will be supporting client commercial activity (PoVs, design/architecting, client workshops, demos, and proposal development). Should have a deep understanding of ITIL/ITOM Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools, cloud operating model, and FinOps.
