Our client, an iGaming Startup, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer or Chief Revenue Officer to join their team. The position is available either from Malta or from Barcelona.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement revenue strategies that will drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and ensure that the company meets its revenue targets.Work with product teams to identify new revenue opportunities that will enhance the brand's revenue streams.Monitor customer and market trends to identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend strategies for market expansion.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure revenue growth and identify opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships.Develop and maintain effective revenue forecasting models and ensure that revenue projections are accurate and achievable.Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure that revenue goals are aligned with overall business objectives, and that the brand's financial performance is optimized.Manage the brands, including the development of brand guidelines, brand positioning, and messaging.Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the brand's overall objectives.Manage the brand's customer engagement and campaign strategy, including creating and maintaining a positive customer experience through effective customer service, retention, loyalty programs, and reactivation.Lead country managers, the CRM and marketing teams in developing and executing effective campaigns that increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing, CRM, and design teams and oversee the development of them.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Solid business acumen and a start-up mindset.Strong understanding of the online casino industry, including customer needs, trends, and regulations.Very good digital marketing skills and experience with SEO, PPC, social media, and affiliate marketing.Effective leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Extensive project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
