We are looking forA driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Team Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAwayLead a developing team of SDRs operating in the DACH market.Contribute to personal and professional growth of team members, providing individual coaching and training.Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota).Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager.Work with the Sales Executives and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your basic qualificationsExcellent level of German and a good level of English.At least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales."Lead by example" attitude: you should not tell others how to succeed but rather show it.Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day.Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.We are also interested inPrevious experience in Business travel/startups.Previous experience as a team lead.Our offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth.Uncapped variable compensation and equity in the company.Development of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisions.Multicultural and international team.Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn.Free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together.
