Description Position at LeoVegas Spain About The Role As our Workplace Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Málaga office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be part of a dynamic Global Office team, reporting to the Office Lead based in Stockholm, focused on creating a vibrant and engaging work environment. This role will involve working closely with local teams as well as collaborating with global counterparts. You will oversee the office's day-to-day operations, manage relationships with external partners, and organize events that enhance the employee experience. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in fostering a great workplace culture while contributing to global initiatives.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Málaga office, including managing supplies, budgets, and facilities.Collaborating with landlords and suppliers to maintain a high standard of office facilities.Planning and executing office events, including weekly and monthly gatherings and global meet-ups, in alignment with global teams.Managing health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.Providing basic support to the HR team in relocating, onboarding, payroll, and training initiatives.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Proven experience in office management and event planning.Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.People person with a natural ability to provide exceptional service.NICE TO HAVES: Experience in a global company.Familiarity with health and safety regulations.Proven experience in the hospitality sector.Who We Are At the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
