Workforce Manager - Office of CTO (Openbank) Location: Madrid, Spain

Mission and Responsibilities:The Workforce Manager will lead the strategic planning, control and follow-up of effective resources plans across growing IT and Business objectives to enable positive change and relevant benefits to the company.
In order to achieve this objective, the Workforce Manager should build the capabilities required and provide the company with the data, the analytics, and the resource management services to use calculated forecasts to optimize staff deployment and balance workload as labor demands change.
The role holds a Senior level of responsibility and demonstrable previous experience in similar roles in large software and/or consultancy leader companies:
To design and deliver the workforce plan for the overall company and departments, in relation to the bank strategy and objectives.To define the tools, metrics, controls, and to deliver a reporting model by means of new dashboards, tools, and any other alternative optimization to the existing model.To analyze and monitor current and projected resource levels, both internal and external resources.To collate, validate and prepare complex workforce forecast versus plan covering headcount data, hiring forecasts, attrition and internal moves, also considering budget forecasting as a condition.Work across the Tech function with key stakeholders to optimally assign resources across the functions and manage workforce headcount.Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to performance and people and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.Be hands-on in shaping strategic workforce direction and integrate within the technology roadmap.Follow-up to the workforce and resources strategy, as defined by Technology Services Strategy & Business Team.To be successful in the role you must have:Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar.+ 8 years minimum experience in a top consultancy firm, technology software organization.Demonstrable experience in workforce management and resources planning, managing over 1,000+ resources (internal and external).Deep knowledge and demonstrable experience in the implementation of workforce management tools and operation with them as user role, build of dashboards, forecasting, reports, etc.Understanding of the end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle, technology functions and relevant methodologies.Proven ability to drive collaboration across a complex structure.Strong writing and verbal communication skills are a must to effectively communicate to all levels of management, stakeholders and clients.Advanced (C1) English and Spanish level, both written and spoken.What do we offer?Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.Working in start-up mode with the support of Grupo Santander.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaboration in international projects and possibility of contact with different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events (now virtual).Would you like to grow with us?
