The role We are looking for a talented WordPress Digital Strategist, to join our international Delivery team. The role will cover operations for Germany, with the rest of the team working from all across Europe and the UK. The Web Content Developer will be responsible for the set up of our Saas products, in accordance with clients requirements for the German market.
The WordPress Digital Strategist will:
Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customerManage client requests and prioritize workflowPerform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaSPerform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirementsPresent the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queriesTickets management in collaboration with R&D teamFollow up with developers and product expert teamsCooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)RequirementsOur ideal WordPress Digital Strategist will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools. As well as:
Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skillsCapability to act as "power user" for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platformsStrong knowledge in WordPress CMSAbility to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pagesNotion in SEO, such as loading content, creating titles, SEO tags, and descriptionsUnderstanding of PHP development will be appreciatedWorking pattern and location Full time, permanent roleMonday to FridayHybrid or remote option (depending on location)
