Specifically, the COO RS&BC Junior supporter should:
Support CEO and COO in ensuring a proper Corporate Governance of WM Spain:
Support in coordinating the agenda, minutes, and invitations for the LE committees chaired by CEO and COO.
Follow up on implementation of agreed actions defined to be implemented at a LE level.
Prepare TownHalls.
Monitor that the service received by WM from shared services is aligned with the business needs.
You will take care of the coordination of ongoing tasks related to Cross Border Tax regulations such as AEI, FATCA, DAC6 and Client Coverage rules for non-resident clients:
Single Point of Contact for first level support.
Coordination of the teams in charge of Regulatory reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Coordination of 1st and 2nd line of defense controls.
Coordination with central teams in charge of the mentioned Tax Regulations, Quality Assurance Reviews, Internal Audits.
Knowledge and testing of the regulatory reporting tools.
You will take care of operational Procedures Manual and Client/Internal Forms:
Definition and maintenance of WM Spain Procedures.
Procedures Library publication via intranet.
Communication and BAU support to all staff.
Updates required by new/updated CS policies or new Regulatory & Business initiatives deployed.
Ad-hoc trainings delivery when required.
Identify new forms or updates in existing ones, needed by new regulations, procedures, changes in org. structure, etc.
Publish all forms in intranet and link them to the affected procedures.
Communication to all staff.
Coordination of the bi-annual procedure certification.
You will take care of the local Intranet site:
Coordinate communication with HO and local stakeholders with respect to global processes: mandatory training, changes in the organizational chart, budget approval in ad-hoc projects.
Help Project Managers in the Area to implement selective regulatory and business change initiatives with particular focus on Investor Protection Regulations and Digitization initiatives.
Perform UAT testing, Change management actions, and Post Implementation & Operational Readiness Reviews of the Projects' solutions.
Ensure, through Operational Readiness actions, a coordinated deployment of the solution, a soft transition to BAU procedures and a solid Governance, effective Control Framework and available Business Support to new activities.
Identify areas for improving process efficiencies and follow up to ensure their implementation.
Define and develop quick wins to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes including possibilities to hub or offshore tasks.
You will report to the RS&BS Director, within WM COO Spain and requires interfacing with the shared services and a variety of internal clients and Head Office. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a wide range of international locations and departments within the Credit Suisse Group.

Your skills and experience:
University degree in business administration or finance.
General knowledge of banking & investment services regulations of domestic and international scope. Cross border tax related rules knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with the Private Banking business and cross border expertise in relation to financial services provision to global customers.
Ability to cope with a magnitude of topics simultaneously, self-leadership skills.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
