We are about to embark on the next step of building our revenue organisation and we are looking for an operationally & analytically minded Head of Account Management to help us build from scratch the Account Management team at Amenitiz!
This will be a unique opportunity to start from the very beginning, a true chance to be "the first one to do it" at Amenitiz and we know it will have a huge impact on the growth of our business.

As our Head of Account Management your mission would be: Define what Account Management means at AmenitizHire, manage and develop the Account Management teamDesign, build & implement all the processes & tooling to ensure your team is set up for successAchieve a minimum of 110% Net Revenue Retention To be a great fit for our Head of Account Management role you will have: A builders mindset: You have previous experience building everything to do with Account Management from scratch and are comfortable being hands on and working in ambiguityAn operational approach: You have experience building processes, you know how to look at the entire customer lifecycle and identifying the right sequences, segmentations & touch points to ensure our customers are happyAccount Management Expertise: You know what it means to manage a successful account management team across multiple European markets.Analytical Acumen: You have experience, and are comfortable using data as the foundations for your decision making.Stakeholder Collaboration: You have experience and want to collaborate with our other teams, specifically our Revenue Operations, SDR & AE's and Marketing teams.
