Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to meet client objectives.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized solutions.
Use analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Meet targets for productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Pitch campaign ideas effectively over the phone and via email, creating persuasive proposals.
Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.
Requirements: Native or C2 level Dutch and B2 level English proficiency.
1-2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications: A BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a bonus).
