As Wholesale Department Assistant, you will support the Europe Wholesale Manager in the day-to-day key account management, ensuring effective and timely communication and guaranteeing the necessary service to support their business.
Your role will be: Manage existing key accounts, monitoring and servicing throughout the season, including booking appointments, processing and confirming orders, managing claims and repair requests.Assist buyers in building and placing orders, insert orders in the system, provide order confirmations.Build strong and trusted relationships with key accounts.Request and analyze sell-throughs, compile reports for wholesale analysts in order to take quick action when necessary to address business needs.Responsible for stock replenishment and consignment management.Liaise closely with credit control on customers' payments.Develop and conduct product training.Actively seek new business opportunities, researching and monitoring markets to identify new retailers and potential partners.Continuously research direct competitors and seasonal trends to provide valuable market insights and competitive feedback.Assist in organizing buying sessions and preparing for market visits by the Wholesale Manager.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment and support for wholesale initiatives.What is important for the role: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.You have at least 2 years relevant working experience in a similar position (experience in fashion/luxury brands is a great plus).You have excellent organization skills and attention to detail.You effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks based on urgency and time sensitivity.You can analyze information, interpret data, and apply insights to solve problems efficiently.You can communicate effectively and are an active listener.You're fluent in Spanish and English.
