We're the glue that ensures best practice and shared learning is applied across all of our business areas, giving our colleagues the confidence to grow and progress.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Subject Matter Expert to join our team as part of an exciting project.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for providing full business insight and information relating to customer and operational management, journey and processes relating to Product/Scheme Management for the global travel BL.Providing Business validation on technical solutions being delivered.You will act as an expert on product management, providing clear requirements, assisting in the data loader document design, development, translation and acceptance testing.Delivery of key Scheme related detail including underwriting requirements, accurately completing coverage mapping and product structure data entry.You will have a key role in understanding our business requirements from Discovery through to delivery, identifying optimisation opportunities.Following an Agile framework, clarifying design and sharing outputs with end business users.Subject matter expert (SME) will be required to manage workload in a proactive manner, setting goals and deadlines and managing tasks using Task management tools.Your ProfileGood (ideally advanced) Excel skills.
Any experience of testing or involvement with projects would be advantageous, although not essential.Strong functional business knowledge skills around back office scheme management.English language required, French or Spanish desirable.Knowledge of Guidewire Claim Center and/or Product modelling an advantage.Able to work to project deadlines both effectively and efficiently.Strong team player as well as proactive individual communicator.Knowledge of VSO (Visual Studio Online) and Agile methodology would be advantageous although not essential.Process Mapping experience and knowledge of MS Visio an advantage.Excellent organisation and time keeping/management skills.About AXAAXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
