Wfs-374 - Monday.Com (Sales Management System) Product Manager

Purpose of role: Be the single point of contact and product expert for the Group's sales management system to drive improvements in agent onboarding and positive impact on sales efficiency.
Role details: Act as the day-to-day contact with the sales management system vendors e.g.
Monday/DocuGen/Scrive.Identify and champion opportunities within the Group to expand the functionality and adoption of the sales management system.Manage the sales management boards on a day-to-day basis, providing support to the local super users when necessary.Facilitate and deliver training and webinars to users of the system; create and update user guides and training documentation as required.Generate regular Management Information (MI) Reporting / KPI Metrics from the sales management system and translate data analysis into usable dashboards and actionable plans to improve sales and agent onboarding efficiency.Person Specification: Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate the results of the analysis in a simple, compelling way.Ability to speak another language such as Spanish, French, or German would be beneficial.Experience of and comfort working collaboratively with international teams, with flexibility to work across different time zones.
