Every day, 74,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Could you be the full-time Welding Technician in Barcelona we're looking for?Your future roleYou'll specifically take care of complementing the trainer, guaranteeing targeted theoretical training to Welders for the new procedures that are due to be implemented, the particular samples, quality, and safety, but also verifying through the Welding Monitor that welders have at their disposal the necessary technical and documentary means for the proper execution of their tasks.We'll look to you for:Listen to the Welding Monitors to solve, with the help of the Welding Engineer, if necessary, the problems they detect.Continuous Improvement.Start the internal manufacturing or subcontracting of the realization of the samples and models determined by the Welding Engineer and guarantee its follow-up.Guarantee the good start by the Welding Trainer of the samples and the different materials necessary for training and qualification of welders.Perform, with the help of the Welding Former, the WPQR and the Mockups (WPS).Be enabled, as the Welding Engineer, to manage and interpret macro and micrographic controls.Prepare the models (WPS) to elaborate Welding Instructions.Prepare the models (WPS) to elaborate Welding Repairs Instructions for Non-Conformities.Manage and guarantee the monitoring of the qualifications of the Welders.Organize the realization of the qualifications to be carried out and advise the Welding Trainer.Perform Welding Instructions in projects where they are required.Help within the scope of the Welding Trainer to organize the training and qualifications of Welders.As a Welding Inspector, validate, with the Engineer Welding, the WPQR defined internally and validate the Qualifications of Welders presented by the Trainer Welding.Participate in the definition and implementation of new materials.Participate in the validation of the new welding equipment.Help define consumable needs.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
