As a member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HR training services to a global audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote HR training servicesMonitor and analyze website traffic, metrics, and conversion rates to continuously improve campaign performanceStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edgeQualificationsFluent in French and English (any other European language is a plus)Native German speaking is a great asset (to focus on German market during launch)2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketingStrong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertisingExperience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Pardot, Marketo)Excellent communication and project management skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldExperience in HR industry is a plusDiscover here our fantastic company!
