Microsoft ISVSuccess Development Specialist (SDS) Job DescriptionIndividual contributor role, responsible for onboarding, activating, nurturing, and growing a selected list of ISVs by providing concierge services linked to ISV Market Place Application Publication.Job ResponsibilitiesBe the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long-term partner relationships.Define reason for call talk track - designed for consistent repeatable execution.Product/Offering focus - focuses on offering specific to target audience.Obsess over Microsoft's customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of Partner".Meet and exceed targets for:ISV Onboarding: per month 800 ISVs in "Approved" and 800 ISVs in "Onboarded" status.ISV Activation: 70% of engaged ISVs are consuming at least 1 benefit, 60% of engaged ISVs are consuming at least 3 or more benefits.ISV Nurturing & Monthly Engagement: 70% of post-kickoff call applicants engaged monthly, # of ISVs in Publish & Grow stages, # of activities completed (with 48 business hours SLA of assignment).We OfferFull-time (39 hours/week)Temporary contract with possibility to be extendedSchedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:30Salary: 20,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonusOngoing trainingStart date: ImmediateHolidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)Skills NeededBachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related fieldMinimum requirements: 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 year (+) IT industry experienceSales skills - Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next stepsBusiness Operations - Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notesIndustry knowledge - basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutionsFluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is requiredBaseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the worldStrong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business languageLanguage SkillsEnglish: Advanced (verbal and written)Portuguese: Native or Bilingual (verbal and written)The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.RRQ23-000237-1-PORTUGAL#J-18808-Ljbffr
