You will have a key role in coordinating strategic projects that will impact the whole business while working with a wide range of stakeholders.
What You Will Do: Strategic Projects & Opportunity Assessment: Perform strategic analysis and opportunity assessments (including M&A), working closely with the CEO and members of the leadership team.
Communications: Help the CEO and leadership team with internal and external communications.
Operating Rhythms & Cadence: Develop, implement, and facilitate the leadership team operating rhythms.
Special Projects: Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organisational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility.
What We're Looking For: Extensive Strategic Toolkit: Deep experience in strategy and quantitative analysis from structuring analysis to synthesising to communication (top tier consulting or strategy preferred).
Passion for our space: Connection to our purpose to enable a new way of consuming.
Experience in marketplaces: Experience in a customer-facing internet company is a plus.
Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills: Able to work with different styles & stakeholders.
Agile Learning Mindset: Curious to learn new things, implement learnings quickly, and able to efficiently prioritise.
