La ética, transparencia, imparcialidad e independencia forman parte de nuestra filosofía.We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager!Infrastructure, Communications, Systems and User Support ManagerMain responsibilitiesLead and manage the development, procurement, and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure services.Ensure that services evolve in line with organizational needs and new technologies and contribute to strategic initiatives as key enablers of the architecture.Ensure the right sizing of the infrastructure, to ensure proper performance and cost optimization.Ensure the infrastructure is secure, aligned with cybersecurity department policies and recommendations.Manage the SDWAN current and future deployments related to the SDWAN network.Tu perfil:Service Desk ManagementEnsure that appropriate Service Levels and KPI are agreed in the contracts with external service providers.Leverage the ITIL framework best practices to streamline processes and drive optimum efficiency through the service delivery lifecycle.Manage and oversee, using industry best practice, the on-boarding, acceptance and integration of new services, in line with project timescales, to be supported by the run partner.Ensure that the service desk operations are efficient and effective, and the services delivered are of the highest level of quality.Team and Area ManagementManage the relationship with external service providers.Keep track of the costs and budget of the area.Provide technical support for high-level issues or incidents.Assure that the documentation of the department services is always reviewed, updated and clearly centralized.Manage a small group of skilled technical specialists.Project management.Requirements:Experienced IT manager with at least 2 years of experience managing infrastructures in mid-sized or large companies.Excellent knowledge on infrastructures, networking, and public cloud technologies.Experienced Service Management professional with a passion for Service Improvement.Experience of managing teams of technicians.Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.Proven negotiation experience and analysis skills.Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.Demonstrable knowledge on Microsoft systems: Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & server, Intune, etc.Demonstrable knowledge on AWS is a must.Strong working knowledge of ITSM (Jira or similar).AWS, Azure, and/or Microsoft 365 certification is desirable.Experience with Project management.¿Por qué nosotros?Seguro médico privado con Adeslas (completo + dental).Pago del 100% exámenes de certificación oficial.Pago parcial de cualquier curso de IT/Data.Oportunidades de carrera.Grandes proyectos con tecnologías avanzadas.Exposición y aprendizaje continuo en tecnologías punteras.Todo nuestro apoyo para tu desarrollo personal/profesional.Contrato indefinido.Buen clima laboral.Si tu perfil se ajusta al puesto y estás emocionado en formar parte de nuestro equipo, ¡nos encantaría saber de ti!
