PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs. We are a European company operating from 3 main countries (France, Spain, and the UK) where we are supporting over 10,000 clients.

Sobre el puesto:Como Junior Knowledge and AI Project Manager, te encargarás de:
Gestión de Proyectos de IA y Gestión del Conocimiento:Administrar y mantener el repositorio de procesos y conocimientos laborales, asegurando que nuestro equipo tenga acceso a la información más actualizada y relevante.Implementar herramientas de IA para la gestión interna del conocimiento, colaborando con el equipo técnico para integrar soluciones innovadoras.Entrenar al equipo en el uso de la IA, ayudando a optimizar las operaciones diarias mediante la capacitación en nuevas tecnologías.Producción de Contenidos:Crear guías y manuales técnicos, elaborando documentación clara y útil sobre la plataforma de PayFit para nuestros clientes.Redactar artículos internos, desarrollando contenido informativo sobre temas legales y laborales para nuestro equipo.Calidad y Coordinación:Realizar análisis de datos para asegurar la calidad y precisión de la información.Coordinar tareas y colaborar con diferentes equipos para mejorar los procesos internos mediante una estrecha colaboración interdisciplinaria.Este puesto es para ti si:Eres una persona organizada y perspicaz.Tienes capacidad para coordinar tareas y gestionar la calidad de la información.Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.Eres proactivo, con buena atención al detalle y pasión por la mejora continua.Tienes estudios superiores o grado universitario, preferiblemente en ADE o áreas similares.Tienes un nivel nativo de español y un nivel B2 o superior de inglés.Tienes experiencia en gestión de proyectos y producción de contenidos.Estás familiarizado/a con temas laborales y legales.Sería un plus si también:Tienes conocimientos en herramientas de gestión del conocimiento.Tienes experiencia en creación de contenidos.Has trabajado con herramientas de IA.Tienes conocimientos en temas laborales y legales.El proceso de selección:Criba de CVEntrevista Telefónica con Talent AcquisitionEntrevista con Hiring ManagerEntrevista con nuestra Head of CustomerWhat we offerFlexibility: We believe it is key to produce your best work and to be fulfilled.
