As a UPS Field Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading all local marketing operations, activities, and initiatives for Data Center Segment and Power Quality Products in Iberia. This is an essential role in the local marketing organization. The Data Center Segment & Power Quality Field Product Manager will cooperate actively with relevant local sales teams and the European and local marketing team to agree on business strategies to drive profitable growth.
You will manage your product line (Phase in/out), define the go-to-market strategy, segment, and product marketing tactics, target audiences, and develop and execute marketing plans to support the agreed short and long-term business targets.
What you'll do: Contribute actively to the creation of local business strategies and tactics for the supported segments in cooperation with local sales organizations.
Serve as the link between the local market/sales organization and EMEA Product marketing.
Define and deploy the local marketing tactics supporting the defined business strategy.
Set up SMART objectives and build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for target audiences.
Track the results of segment-specific marketing activities and ensure high ROI.
Support VOC for program and products.
Qualifications: Minimum B.S. or B.A. degree in engineering, marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Marketing experience in an industrial environment, ideally experience in Data Centre, IT, or Electrical market.
Experience in product line management, demand generation campaigns, and digital marketing.
Skills: Proven track record in creative project planning and project management.
Strong time management skills.
Strong communication verbal and written skills.
Creative approach to problem-solving and understanding customer needs.
