You'll be part of a dynamic global team that works remotely across multiple countries and comes together online (and occasionally in-person) for events and team-building.What you'll do:Own the campaign management process end to end.Develop campaigns specific to our market that are on-brand, relevant, and reach our target customers across segments.Implement and optimize campaigns to maximize spend against budget.Execute and track A/B tests; communicate performance, hypotheses, and next steps.Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns and strategies.Track and manage paid marketing budgets using standardized dashboards.Leverage emerging, high quality technologies to rapidly deliver high performing campaigns.Deliver ongoing paid media thought leadership and education to marketing partners, from both campaign learnings and market trends.This role could be a good fit for you if:You have 2+ years experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role.Experience with various paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ad Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, etc.Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce, Jira/Trello, Coda/Notion is preferred but not required.Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and platforms for campaign optimization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable to changing landscapes.You're comfortable speaking English.The perks:Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones.Company Team Offsites and Coworking - we believe that remote-first doesn't mean remote-only
