Within Markem-Imaje, we're looking for a Global HRIS Analyst passionate about systems and HR, and eager to support the company in driving business decisions based on relevant data and process.Whilst reporting to the HR Vice President located in our HQs in Geneva, you'll be collaborating with our global HR Team as well as with our DOVER HRIS organization in the US.What you'll do:Manage all HR systems: Success Factor, SAP, File Maker.Play a key role between Dover HRIS (Group): Markem-Imaje HR community and ICT.Support all HR teams worldwide in managing the data in systems (Trainings, Enhancements).Serve as Subject Matter Expert on all processes linked to systems including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, LMS, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, and Reporting.Participate in some key transversal projects depending on the experience of the incumbent (engagement survey, sales commission tool, acquisitions, integrations).Design and maintain HR Analytics (Metrics and Dashboards).What you need to have:5 plus years' experience in HR Information System management.Strong analytical and communication skills.Knowledge of SAP and Success Factor or equivalent.Integration experience.Knowledge of Power BI.Experience working with ticketing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow).Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit.Winning through customers.High ethical standards, openness, and trust.Expectations for results.Respect and value people.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law.
