Job SummaryYour fundamental mission will be, together with Gex Manager, to retain and create unique experiences in our clients by offering them presence, dedication and a personalized service, following the standards of the company and Leading Hotels of the World.
You will give support in the attention of complaints and requests, in the care of the details and you will coordinate the response to requirements transmitting energy, enthusiasm and passion for the service, reflecting, at all times, the spirit of the Hotel and the values of Meliá Hotels International.
What are we looking for?Experience in a similar position for 1 yearPreferably experience in 4 or 5 star urban hotelsUniversity Training in Tourism, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or similarOffice package domainHigh level of English.
