We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your role in BizAway is a FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
Research and prospect for new clients in the Benelux region.Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract.Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.Be an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events if necessary.Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.Work with the SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth. Your basic qualifications
You have a native level of Dutch and a good level of English (both written and spoken). You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR. You possess a "No excuses" attitude: your success depends on you. You have hunger for challenges and are eager to raise the bar every day. You demonstrate proactivity by proposing value-creating solutions and are comfortable in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
