You will have a key role in coordinating strategic projects that will impact the whole business while working with a wide range of stakeholders.What You Will Do:Strategic Projects Opportunity Assessment: Perform strategic analysis and opportunity assessments (including MA), working closely with CEO and members of the leadership team.Communications: Help the CEO and leadership team with internal and external communications.Operating Rhythms Cadence: Develop, implement, and facilitate the leadership team operating rhythms.Special Projects: Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organisational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility.What We're Looking For:Extensive Strategic Toolkit: Deep experience in strategy and quantitative analysis from structuring analysis to synthesising to communication (top tier consulting or strategy preferred).Passion for our space: Connection to our purpose to enable a new way of consuming.Experience in marketplaces: Experience in a customer-facing internet company is a plus.Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills: Able to work with different styles stakeholders.Agile Learning Mindset: Curious to learn new things, implement learnings quickly, and able to efficiently prioritise.Wallapop is an equal opportunity employer.
