We open up this new position to set up the marketing automation function from scratch so this will be a hands-on role, setting up programs to increase lead generation, funnel conversion, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development and Implementation:Select and implement the appropriate future proven technical MA tool.
Design and execute end-to-end, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns and workflows, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives and local requirements.Cross-Country Collaboration:Work closely with Country Marketing Managers and Sales Teams to understand their specific needs, provide guidance, and ensure seamless localisation, execution, and reporting of campaigns.Performance Optimisation:Analyse campaign metrics and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall ROI across countries.
