We provide advice to protect our clients' position in the event of possible future disputes of a civil, commercial or criminal law nature, intervening in the areas of risk evaluation and dispute resolution strategies. We represent our clients in both court (civil and criminal jurisdictions) and arbitration proceedings. Our practice also involves specialisms in white-collar crime, insolvency proceedings, and intellectual and industrial property disputes. Skills and Qualifications We would like to hear from outstanding Spanish abogados with between 1 and 2 years' professional experience in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice area of a prestigious law firm to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Madrid. You will have a fluent command of both oral and written English, an excellent academic record, and be used to dealing with international clients. You should be technically rigorous, have first class drafting ability, highly developed analytical and project management skills, and a common sense approach to resolving issues. Conscious of the importance of generating results, you will be proactive, client-focused, and service-oriented, even when under pressure.
