Job Description What you'll do Define and implement a modern QA strategy focused on coaching, mentoring, and advocacy.Promote a quality-first mindset, ensuring engineers take ownership of quality while QA acts as mentors and enablers.Lead and develop a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the QA organization.Provide regular updates on compliance, quality metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
