Within GBL CIS TOM, Cyber Run activities follow our strict run principles and are seamlessly established in Managed Services.
The Cyber Security Administrator manages the security activities and configurations within our projects and Cyber Run. In this position, you can act in multidimensional roles as an engineer, architect and consultant. You ensure an increasing level of security within our customers' services/projects, are in contact with important stakeholders across the organization and act independently in the assigned tasks as a coordinator for security activities and control processes. You enjoy working in a dedicated team, are communicative and report to the team lead or the responsible head of service engagement within our Global Delivery Center (GDC).
ResponsibilitiesWorking in a dedicated team for our European & international clients, as part of our Security in Spain.Develop a culture of improvement, learning and productivity.Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder security goals and processes to design offering priorities and improvement recommendations.Review and champion use cases and supported workflow designs to achieve stakeholder objectives and solve service problems.Lead service delivery strategy, planning and life cycle management efforts to support the ongoing evolution and innovation of the offering.Establish service improvement and development roadmaps and release plans.Contribute to translating desired security outcomes into actionable services designs and technical requirements.Identity & Access and Security Administration, Governance and Process Support.Document and maintain procedures related to the service.Coordination of the Administration ticket queue and mailbox, using a designated ITSM tool.Accepting and dispatching Request, Change Tasks, and Incident tickets efficiently, and in accordance with agreed service levels.Report unacceptable/incorrect tickets.Manage the shared mailbox and communication received to the Administration Team distribution list - distributing mails to the other team members.Security Compliance Monitoring: During standard Service Delivery times, the appointed member of the Administration team generates the security compliance data each day, acting as necessary.Approving Changes relating to account creation and deletion.Reviews and approves requests and logs according to the rules.Performs the weekly repeating tasks for the Administration team.Providing guidance to business areas for an efficient setup of their access rights.Reporting for audit, compliance, reconciliation, and recertification activities.Qualifications/Certifications5 years of progressive experience in a leading role in the IT infrastructure environment, or evidence of rapid progression with industry recognised training and certifications, spanning areas from security engineering, delivery engagement / business management (project).State of the art knowledge of Cyber Security and Administration.Broad understanding of technologies and Cloud infrastructure, security solutions and delivery within a broad range of infrastructure services.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and develop effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.At least one certificate related to IT security or information security management, or an equivalent certification recognized internationally. Training will be given in others as required.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.Project Management / Prince 2 - Certifications or an equivalent certification.Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently.
