Location: Barcelona or Madrid #LI-HybridAbout the role: This position will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities of autoinflammatory brands at Novartis Gene Therapy in Spain. You will develop, coordinate, and implement a strategic business plan for accounts, institutions, customers, and systems of care, that will drive disease awareness, educate customers on autoinflammatory rare diseases, and educate about access to product, and drive local appropriate patients' identification. As an active member of the Iberia affiliate leadership team, this role helps to establish the organization strategic directions and drive growth. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading a field force at National Level.This team will be responsible not only for product promotion but also for access at the hospital level.Key ResponsibilitiesTop line responsibility for rare autoinflammatory area at Novartis Gene Therapy. Responsible for the sales and marketing expense budget and for leading the field force team in the TAs to achieve national targets.Develop the strategic sales and marketing national plan and lead the team to develop and implement customer plans to achieve business goals.Conduct regular business analyses of the market, customers, payers, competition, key stakeholders, legislation, and policies within the area of rare diseases, orphan diseases at national and regional level.Support/Develop a proper segmentation of customers consistently with the number of patients treated/managed and the physician's attitude to treatment.Implement and track progress of assigned projects and drive product positioning at National Level.Facilitate networking among centers to improve the unified patient journey.Coach the field force team to achieve business goals and support their professional development.Lead/Support the preparation and presentation of Business Reviews to the European Leadership Team.Commitment to Diversity & InclusionWe are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum RequirementsEssential RequirementsBachelor's Degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business-related discipline), and a Ms or PhD is highly preferable.10 years of pharma/biotech industry experience in a combination of sales and marketing.
