This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Amazon's Delivery Service Partners to develop existing and new listening opportunities to gain qualitative feedback in multiple ways.The Sr. Manager will be responsible for creating and developing programs and products collaborating with partner teams and Delivery Service providers. This role, together with the EU country field team, will collectively own the EU portfolio of DA feedback tools - responsible for assessing the effectiveness of programs, presenting results through business reporting and analysis to drive DSP partners, field teams, and Product partners to address opportunities affecting the driver experience. This role requires an effective mix of product, program, and analytic skills.Key Job Responsibilities:Develop a plan for design and implementation of listening mechanisms, new and existing.Work closely and build strong relationships with Delivery Service Providers and field teams for implementation and feedback.Collaborate and earn trust with partner teams for training, standard operating processes, and continuous improvement.Develop interest and excitement in upcoming program launches with clear effective communication on multiple platforms.Work closely with the DA experience team to think big, gain feedback, and new program development.A Day in the Life:Strategy: Define core strategy to improve the Driver experience; develop strategic engagement programs, translate them into a high-impact project roadmap, and execute them.Lead EU Reporting & Analysis: Plan global reporting design and infrastructure management for driver sentiment across all feedback tools.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, Field teams, and other critical stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor execution
