Your qualifications: Hands-on: You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes.Previous roles: Sales development representative, Business development representative.Experience: One year or more. We are looking for someone ready to grow with us.Language skills: German language (C1) is required. You should also be proficient in English (C1). French is a big plus.Communication: You communicate transparently and empathetically.Technical understanding: Familiarity with CRM software. Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.Education: You have successfully completed a vocational training or a bachelor degree. Your tasks: Daily work: Provide administrative support, qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation.Outbound: Engage in cold calling and cold emailing.Inbound: Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.Social selling: Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn.Customer contact: Build and maintain relationships through calls and written communication.Process building: Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas.
