As a VP TMT Industry Group - M&A you will work on transactions in Europe and/or Latin America. You will work together with senior bankers on the Origination and Executions of transactions in the TMT space.
Main Responsibilities:
Support senior bankers on deal origination and execution (M&A, Acquisition Finance, LBO's and other event driven Corporate events)
Participate on idea generation on client opportunities
Structure and lead financial analysis and presentations, develop Information Memorandum's, Management Presentations and other market materials
Lead client interactions and overall coordination process during transactions
Oversee, train and coach a team of Analysts and Associates
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in a similar position.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of the TMT space (namely Telecom, yet exposure to other sub-sectors is welcomed).
High level of English and Spanish is required. Any other language is desired.

EXPERIENCE
More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Business Admin (BBA): Finance, Engineering (Master Degree) - 5 years.
