This role would be in charge of all the framework needed by the Dev Team to be able to do their job in a fast and efficient manner. This person will be in close contact with the infrastructure team. Ouro offers a fun, personable atmosphere where creativity, ingenuity, and talent are encouraged and rewarded.Responsibilities:Manage the PaaS Team.In charge of all tooling needed by the Development team to fulfill their role.CI/CD tool and related services: Pipelines, Security checks on the pipeline, Observability.Development of Frameworks and shared libraries across the team.Development of cross services such as Authentication/Authorization layer.API Gateway technologies.Define with our Dev Leads the best practices, quality standards, and training needed for our Ouro Team.Skills/Education/Experience:Leadership skills, team player.6+ years of Spring Boot development experience for proprietary technologies in a fast-paced environment.Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, including working knowledge of core libraries and design patterns.Significant development experience in a Unix/Linux/Cloud environment.Experience integrating with databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and middle-tier application server architecture.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an interest in working in a collaborative team environment.Demonstrated ability to deliver results, prioritize activities, and manage time effectively.Experience with agile development methodologies required.Significant experience with automated test frameworks (JUnit & WebUnit).Familiarity with DDD, TDD, and Hexagonal design patterns.Prefer working experience with 3rd party integrations.Working knowledge of current software security technologies (encryption, authentication, etc.), and their incorporation into software systems.Prefer experience in card processing and high-transaction processing environment.
