This role also involves acting as a trusted coach and mentor to all levels of the organization, bringing your global experience and passion for excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a dedicated team of five, we're looking for someone bold, inspiring, and driven, who places people at the center of every decision. RequirementsKey responsibilitiesShape and lead the culture transformation program, ensuring that it aligns with our company strategy and ambitions, to create an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment, where living our values is a critical component.Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of our mission and growth journey.Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching to lead their teams with confidence.Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of our evolving company.Design and develop our organizational structure to support our ambitious transformation and acquisition strategy, ensuring seamless integration and a unified culture.Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.Develop and implement action plans to integrate the Spanish and French teams post-acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition and a unified company culture.Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives to the highest standards based on KPIs and other HR and business metrics.Define strategy for internal communication efforts.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of people, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR management.Oversee all HR functions, including forecasting, staffing, onboarding, personal and professional development, performance management, compensation & benefits, career/succession planning.Continuously seek and implement innovative tools and processes that will take our company to new heights.Be an innovator of change, keeping abreast of changing technologies (specifically AI) to ensure we are data-driven and using the best technologies and processes.Minimum experience and qualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.12+ years' experience in human resources, executive influence, and organizational development within a fast-paced, creative environment.Previous experience in a multicultural environment, ideally in media/internet companies with a proven track record in organizational change and culture evolution.Professional and Personal Competencies requiredStrategic thinker, who understands how to lead change within dynamic environments.Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teams, including developing people managers.Deep knowledge and practical experience in using and defining HR systems and processes at a global scale.Leverages HR metrics and business data to provide insights to the business and enable data-informed decision-making.Strong facilitation skills applicable across formal and informal (e.g., coaching, mentoring) approaches.Strong interpersonal and developed presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated bias toward action, with a focus on making things happen.Data-focused with strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Fluent in English.
