Tasks
In our expansion and growth process, we are seeking for our VP of Marketing. In this job position you will lead the global marketing and communications strategy, driving both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to elevate Eatable Adventures' brand presence, establishing strong brand positioning, and aligning marketing efforts to support global sales, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.

Develop, implement, and enhance a robust global marketing strategy that mirrors company's overarching goals and ambitions.Guide and empower the marketing team to get the results.Work closely with senior leadership to furnish insightful reports on marketing ROI, shaping strategic decisions effectively.Ensure smooth alignment and integration of marketing efforts across various industries and regions, maintaining consistent adherence to the global strategy.Offer strategic marketing advice and assistance to the steering committee, providing valuable insights to reinforce lead-generation efforts and enhance competitive differentiation.Engage in high-level corporate partners and steering discussions to synchronize strategic initiatives and facilitate the execution of significant agreements.Supervise interdisciplinary projects, fostering collaboration between marketing and other key departments.Perform market research and data analysis to craft informed marketing strategies and optimize product positioning seamlessly.Requirements
We are in search of an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual, deeply motivated by our mission at Eatable to transform and improve the food system. The ideal candidate will possess strong personal and professional ethics aligned with Eatable's values and demonstrate the ability to forge significant collaborative relationships aimed at achieving the common good.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in international marketing roles with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.Proven track record of successful project management and execution within the agrifood, entrepreneurship, or innovation sector.Experience in implementing CRM software and digital marketing tools.Deep knowledge of the market, competition, and industry trends.Superior communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a global environment.Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects across departments and teams, with a focus on innovation and strategic growth.Data-driven decision-making abilities with strong analytical skills.Languages: Spanish (C1), English (C1). Italian is a plus.Benefits
