The CX Specialist leads an integrated approach to owned media, spearheading strategies across Social Media and Web to elevate the consumer experience and drive engagement from Pernod Ricard Spain's portfolio of brands through data-driven insights, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position reports to the Head of Marketing Acceleration for Spain and Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities Develop and lead a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brands' objectives and vision. Stay ahead of trends and cultural moments to keep our social presence fresh, relevant, and bold. Foster collaboration with the rest of transversal teams to achieve outstanding results. Drive excellence in execution by setting clear goals ensuring alignment with brand values. Partner with creative agencies and in-house teams to produce standout, high-impact content that resonates. Push the boundaries of creativity, delivering memorable content that drives engagement and brand love. Impact through collaboration by working hand-in-hand with media, creative, influencer, and PR teams. Use data-driven insights to optimize content performance and continuously refine our approach. Define and track KPIs to evaluate content effectiveness and ensure we are achieving measurable impact. Regularly report on performance, sharing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Oversee the brand websites' content, ensuring they remain in optimal technical condition to support campaigns and enhance the overall brand user journey.
