This position is for our client – a global outsourcing partner - based in their offices in Madrid.The Role:As a Customer Service Advisor for an online banking project, you will be the first point of contact for clients from the Netherlands and Belgium. Your client interaction will be conducted via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat.
