IE University Accreditations & Rankings Department is looking for an Associate Director of Accreditations to join its team! IE University is looking for an Associate Director of Accreditations to support the Quality, Accreditations and Rankings Department. In this role, you will work on projects both independently and collaboratively with the Head of Quality, Accreditations and Rankings and with the Accreditations' Junior Manager and Coordinator.The role is suitable for someone with an interest in understanding national and international accreditation policies and requirements as well as building data management structures for the purpose of obtaining and maintaining accreditations. On an international level, IE Business School's programs are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Association of MBAs (AMBA), the EFMD Quality Improvement System, and by the Agencia para la Calidad del Sistema Universitario de Castilla y León (ACSUCYL) on the national level.Why IE University:We are one of the world's most international educational institutions, with more than 100 nationalities on campus. We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid - IE Tower.ResponsibilitiesYour role as an Associate Director will involve:Identifying synergies between the criteria of the four accrediting agencies and designing and implementing solutions to capitalize on them.Managing and driving improvements for existing data-gathering systems and procedures.Consolidating and deepening existing working relationships within the whole institution, bringing them to the next level of excellence and value added for our unit.Promoting compliance with internal policies, in line with accreditor standards, and encouraging the accreditations team to identify non-compliances.Producing and optimizing documents, reports, and presentations to support accreditation processes and initiatives.Being responsible for the timely submission of surveys and follow-up reports required to maintain accreditations.Driving and monitoring internal initiatives for improvement required by accrediting agencies.Addressing academic and professional staff inquiries related to accreditations.Leading strategic and special projects as requested by the head of the unit.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:A Master's degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the higher education sector.Strong project management capabilities.Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.Attention to detail.Solid communication skills in English and Spanish.Ability to research, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely.
