Engineer specialized in Human Factors and Safety.This full-time opportunity is based in Spain, remote work is possible. This role requires exceptional performance and strong communication skills for customer interactions.Overview of the team.The team you will join is an industry leader in safety management by creating a strong and effective safety culture.Once you join us, you will work on a cultural transformation program for a big company in the Oil & Gas sector through the creation and operation of Safety Academies. Previously, you will have a period of initial training, both theoretical and practical.Your Day-to-dayAt the end of the training period, which will require presence in both own and client's facilities, you will be incorporated into our Sites in A Coruña, covered by the program.At the destination site, you will carry out consulting and training tasks at the client's facilities, both offices, classrooms and the industrial complexes themselves. In addition, it will be able to provide occasional support on other sites in Spain.What we needThis is a position for a technical profile (technical degree) with a strong vocation for training and the ability to adapt to changes.
